Once payment is received, all in stock items (including customization) are shipped within 6 business days (please note most items are made to order). In the rare instance that your order will be delayed, we will contact you right away and let you know approximately how long it will take. For orders with 6 or more items please allow at least 2 weeks. 

All packages will be shipped via USPS. When the post office takes possession of the package, bantam wear will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address given, the package will be held until shipping charges are paid by the buyer to reship the package to a new address.

All sales are final unless a gross misrepresentation has been made on our part, or the product is defective in some way when you receive it. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace it with the exact same product at no cost to you. We will not accept returns because the wrong color was ordered. Please ask any and all questions prior to ordering. 

We guarantee our work but we cannot warrant iron on decals due to washing and/or drying. We include washing instructions with all orders so please follow them so that your product lasts a long time!

It is not a policy of bantam wear to share any information obtained through the website with any other parties or persons, without permission.  Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All pictures are posted with permissions.
